Make Farm Fresh Mayonnaise

If you want to know what to do with your farmer’s market eggs, or better yet eggs from your own free-roaming chickens: make farm fresh mayonnaise! Gordon Ramsay shows you how to make a beautiful, creamy super fresh mayonnaise in this video. Try making some of your own variations too! Our favorites are tarragon mayonnaise (great with seafood like salmon  and King crab), tartar sauce (just add the chopped pickles), dill and horseradish sauce. Yum!

I’m afraid you won’t be able to go back to the store-bought version after you’ve made and tasted this farm-fresh mayonnaise. The taste is so much better and knowing it was made with eggs from your local farmer will make you feel all warm and cozy inside!

Tell us how you like to make your own mayonnaise. What variations do you do? And please feel free to share your recipe with everyone!
