Make Your Own Nut Milk

It’s pretty easy to make your own nut milks such as almond, pecan and brazil. It’s a great way to make sure you have real ingredients. And you can control the amount and type of sweetener you use too. Dates and honey are quite sweet and a totally natural way to sweeten the milk. Or you can opt for the natural sweetness of the nut itself!

Chef Bryant Terry of CHOW tells us how easy it is to make fresh nut milk.

Fresh almond or pecan milk sounds so much better than the boxed stuff. So if you have the time, make it yourself!
