Perfectly Poached Eggs

If you’ve ever tried to poach an egg yourself, you know how difficult it can be to get a nice looking shape. It usually ends up looking like a mangled egg white mess. Below Food Lab shows us how easy it can be to create a beautifully poached egg using a simple strainer and knowing a little bit more about eggnatomy.
